CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits are NON-refundable and will be applied to your appointment We understand things come up. We ask that you give us a 48 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. If you must cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, there will be a 60% charge for the services you were scheduled for. Late Arrivals - In the case of a late arrival of more than 15 minutes we may need to reschedule and you will be charged 50% of the service. No Shows If you don’t show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service and/or will not be able to book any future appointments. All clients require a card on file to ensure your appointments. Thank you for your understanding.
